Red Rice Flour

Rice flour is gluten-free because it is milled from a gluten-free grain. Roasted red rice flour used for making roti, dosai or hoppers, especially in Sri Lankan cuisine.

  1. Rich in fibre, it comes loaded with antioxidants, phytonutrients, phytochemicals, Vitamin E, protein, iron, and other nutrients.
  2. It is believed to be beneficial for the liver, kidney and stomach.
  3. It has high content of anthocyanins, which help in preventing risks of cancer.
