Lokwan whole wheat flour is made from top quality GujrathLokwan wheat. The word ‘whole’ refers to the fact that the entire grain (bran, germ, endosperm) is used and nothing is lost in the making of the flour. Whole wheat flour is mainly used making chapatti, roti, and paratha.
