Who We Are

Cofarmin Farmer Producer Company (FPC) is a rural development organization striving to ensure holistic development by providing for sustained livelihoods for resource poor women.
Cofarmin FPC was founded with the conviction that rural poverty can effectively be alleviated by making existing resources at the grass root level profitable.
At Cofarmin FPC, we promote Low Cost Organic Agriculture (LCOA) practices thus ensuring profitable and environment friendly agriculture and simultaneously managing waste and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for resource poor women by making them stake holders in organic agribusiness value chain at various levels.

The Promoter

Jeetendra Sevawat is a visionary social entrepreneur and an empanelled expert with the African-Asian Rural Development Organization (AARDO). His international research report titled “Addressing Challenges of Agriculture Sector through Low Cost Organic Agriculture Practices in Namibia” was acknowledged across 34 member nations.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), Jeetendra has dedicated his career to the intersection of rural community governance and regenerative ecology. His expertise lies in mobilizing large-scale public support for ecological transitions, as seen in the historic “Organic Pledge” ceremonies in Kotputli and Bikaner. As a promoter, he bridges the gap between grassroots farmer needs and global sustainability standards.

Jeetendra Sevawat is the architect behind the “Organic Panchayat” revolution. He believes that the secret to sustainable farming lies in Community Sovereignty. His dual role as an AARDO Expert and a facilitator of ICAR-linked research ensures that Cofarmin’s initiatives are both socially grounded and scientifically validated.

He is currently spearheading the transition of 300 panchayats into “Clean-Zones”, securing a future where soil health and farmer dignity go hand-in-hand.

By blending his deep understanding of social dynamics with scientific agricultural practices, he has pioneered a “System-Led Transition” that empowers women-led FPCs and promotes low-carbon dairy value chains. His work has been praised by the Hon’ble Minister of Agriculture at ICAR-PUSA, marking him as a leading voice in India’s movement toward climate-resilient, community-owned agriculture.

Our Vision

To architect a world where every village is a self-sustaining "Ecological Sovereign," where the health of the soil, the dignity of the farmer, and the purity of food are the primary measures of national prosperity. We envision a future where all Panchayats and public governed local bodies across the Global South serve as the world's leading "Live Labs" for climate-positive, low-carbon transformation.

Mission

To empower 100,000+ farmers by 2030 through a System-Led Organic Transition, integrating community governance with cutting-edge regenerative science.

We are committed to:

  • Public Governance: Establishing 100% chemical-free "Clean Zones" through formal Panchayat resolutions and collective action.
  • Scientific Rigor: Validating traditional wisdom with high-fidelity research on Soil Carbon Sequestration and GHG mitigation in collaboration with ICAR.
  • Zero-Risk Economics: Creating circular, "Zero-Input" models that link organic animal husbandry to high-value, low-carbon dairy markets.
  • Global Replication: Utilizing our status as AARDO experts to share the "Bamanwas Kankad" blueprint as a global best practice for South-South cooperation.

Our Core Values

The Principles that Guide our Mission toward 300 Organic Panchayats

  1. Community Sovereignty (Gram Swaraj)
We believe that the power to heal the land lies within the community. Our model is built on Public Governance, where the Panchayat—not an external entity—takes ownership of its ecological and economic future.

  2. Ecological Integrity (Panch Bhoota)
We honor the delicate balance of Soil, Water, and Air. By eliminating synthetic chemicals and promoting Regenerative Agriculture, we restore the natural "Soil Sponge" and ensure that our farming practices enrich the planet instead of depleting it.

  3. Radical Transparency & Traceability
From the field in Bamanwas Kankad to the consumer’s table, every step is open to scrutiny. Our partnership with ICAR for scientific validation and our PGS-India peer-review systems ensure that "Organic" is not just a label, but a verified promise.

  4. Inclusive Prosperity (Antyodaya)
Our success is measured by the progress of the most marginalized. Through Women-led FPCs and Low-Carbon Dairy, we ensure that economic gains reach every household, creating a circular economy that fosters rural dignity.

  5. Scientific Temper
While we respect traditional wisdom, we validate it with modern science. By using Bamanwas Kankad as a "Live Lab", we utilize data on GHG emissions and soil carbon to drive policy and global climate action.

Our Methodology & Philosophy
